From the founder
I’m Drew Ouradnik, and I built BirdieJobs myself.
I grew up around golf courses — the smell of fresh-cut grass, the quiet before a Saturday tee time, the guys in the cart barn who somehow always had a minute to show a kid how to grip a club. Jobs like that shaped me, and I don’t think they should be this hard to find. Most courses are still filling positions the old way — a flyer taped to the pro shop window — while plenty of people who’d love that job never see it.
I’m a Christian, and my faith is a real part of why I built this. I believe good work is worth doing well, and that building something that genuinely helps people — a golfer finding a job they’re excited about, a course finding staff who actually care — is a small way of putting that to use.
